this is my third electric skateboard
my first was a Zboard SF special which i still have and then two boosted boards the last was the stealth which i really loved but only 14 mile range and at my weight of 200 Lb more like 9 miles

This Haloboard Beast Gen 2 has been a game changer I love the remote features but only flaw the power button sometimes get hit by accident but one you figure it out happens rarely im definitely getting the the wheels

I have 20+ years of skating experience. Let me start with saying these boards are worth it. They definitely fulfilled their smiles per dollar value. All 3 of us bought the off road wheels as well as 2 sets of light up wheels. One red one blue. This is not a off road board. The off road wheels are nice for transitioning from road to grass and some dry dirt. They also grip The road great but did wear down pretty quickly. The off road tread was worn off within 300 miles. The low profile board will bottom out on any off road hiking/ mountain bike trail. These boards excel in a city setting above and beyond. They start to lose torque power and top speed around 500 miles. One of the boards (the most used board) battery broke around 550 miles when it was going up a hill on on a low charge. After sending the board back twice the company ended up replacing the battery for a reasonable price and all is good. The light up wheels are not for carving. They slip on pavement under medium carves but look awesome at night. When I first received my board it came with a defective/ broken bearing in the original black street wheels. I sent the company these pics and they responded saying I broke it using some sort of power tools 😂 and refused to replace it. You can see by the remote that this is my very first ride. The broken bearing heated up and completely destroyed itself along with melting the wheel. I swapped to the off road wheels and used them every time after that. After a few frustrating emails asking for a wheel replacment that they refused to replace, I ended up just buying the light up wheels instead. These boards are great. Wish the tech was more skate knowledgeable and caring. I still recommend this brand over any others.

Such an amazing board, looks better than any board out there for sure. Fast as heck and durable feel. Would definitely recommend.

I love snowboarding, but as a dad of 4 kids it’s tough getting to the slopes, this board gives me the thrill of that awesome downhill experience at a fraction of the cost and it gives me something to do all summer. I love this Halo board BEAST! Only one complaint, I am 185lbs and at half charge it only does 20-22 MPH it seems like it could do more but just kinda stops there. Maybe it’s because I have over quadruple the warranty miles on it…

Wow! Carving uphill just blows my 48 yr old mind and makes me smile every time... This has been so much fun and gets me away from my monitor and work. If you're on the fence, just do it. This thing is a @$%*ing blast!

-ps, want more battery or detachable so we can hot swap and ride even longer! Adjustable/custom speed settings would be epic too. Great job all around tho!

YES! In summary - the board charges very quickly, and definitely lives up to its performance specs. I especially like the quick acceleration and smooth deacceleration (braking), speed, and range. For a street board (smooth surfaces) the top speed is ENOUGH, as going any faster just isn't practical for me considering the downside of a spill. Lastly, the price point was right in my wheelhouse for all of the above and its reliability. I might grab a twin soon, for when somebody wants to ride with me. Thanks Halo Board!

I have purchased 4 Halo boards through the years, these are excellent boards. On the rare occasion that there is an issue with a board, Halo honors their warranty instantly without hassle.
We have a long windy bike trails on the river in Sacramento they’re perfect for this but most my time on the board is running my dog. Turbocharged border collie (Vida). This is the only way this dog can get the runs she needs and if she could type she would be Halo’s top spokes dog. Twice a day 20 mph for a mile and a half each time dead run with my thumb on the break half the time trying to hold on. This board is so smooth it makes it easy for me. 👍👍👍👍👍

Not an avid skater before, after a few rides picked up quick and super fun. My kids love riding with me on bikes or other boards.
