Return Policy

All Halo Board products include a 12 Month Worry Free Guarantee. In the event that a product is found to have a manufacturer defect within 12 months of purchase date, Halo Board will repair the unit free of charge and provide a Free Return Label.  Due to the nature of the product, refunds are only accepted for new products within 14 days that have not been used. Any possible returns and unaccepted items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

1. Warranty covered repairs can be requested within 12 months under one of the following conditions:

  1. Product has sustained damage in transit, which was found when being unpacked and checked with the presence of the courier.
  2. Manufacturing defect(s). Excluded are damages to the board caused by customer including scratches, cracking the board or damage to the charging port.

2. Warranty covered repairs can not be requested under any of the following conditions:

  1. Customer did not immediately report damage sustained in transit of the product.
  2. Repair is requested after 12 months of purchase (since the actual date the product received).
  3. Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are unable to be provided, or have been forged or tampered.
  4. Product held no manufacturing defects after testing made by HALO BOARD Technical Support.
  5. Crash or burning caused by non-manufacturing defects, as well as any damage caused by unauthorized modification, entry of foreign body (water, oil, sand, etc.), improper installation or operation.
  6. Labels, Serial Numbers, waterproof mark, false proof mark, etc. show signs of tampering or altering.
  7. Damage caused by external factors, including but not limited to: fire, flood, high wind strength and lightning strike.
